DATA ANALYSIS

The respondents from the 'Housing' category consist mainly of young or single-parent families and the older people, whereas young families and children opted for a better education opportunity in Stretford.

The results obtained from our events took a surprising turn from our preconceived concept and analysis, as the community voiced 'Environment' as the main concern in Stretford. However, most of the comments were raised about the general built environment and its lack of accessible public spaces after hours, rather than issues regarding sustainability as perceived by us.

Except for the 'Environment' category, the average vote was 26.25 votes per category, which was not a big deviation from the data obtained. As a practice, we decided to tackle each concern via our individual projects in hopes of covering all the issues mentioned.

As a practice, we listen and understand the needs of the community of  Stretford. Therefore, we wish to create an environment that engages the community as a whole and creates a stronger identity for Stretford.
